Ciaran O’Keeffe qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 and having trained in a local Mitchelstown practice, Ciaran spend several years working in Dublin City in a busy commercial practice before returning to Mitchelstown in 2004 to set up the firm of O’Keeffe Solicitors. Ciaran leads the Litigation Department of the firm and specialises in all areas of litigation both personal and commercial and has experience at all levels in the Court system and has a particular experience in the areas of Personal Injury, Medical Negligence cases and all aspects of Family Law. Ciaran is an experienced District Court practitioner and regularly attends District Court sittings in Fermoy, Mallow, Kanturk, Kilmallock, Cork and Limerick City. Ciaran is a long serving member of the Free Legal Aid Panel.

Barbara O’Keeffe heads up the Property and Administration of Estates Department and has specialised in the area of the Administration of Estates and Estate and Taxation Planning. Barbara has been a solicitor since 1999 having started her career in her native Dublin City where she practiced for a number of years before establishing O’Keeffe Solicitors with Ciaran in 2004. Barbara is an experienced and highly regarded solicitor who has large private clientele, many from a farming and business background. She handles a large volume of both residential and commercial property transactions and has extensive experience in all matters pertaining to property and succession law.
